| Diflucan is an oral pill used to treat vaginal yeast infections. |

| Are there any side effects associated with Diflucan? |
| Side effects of using Diflucan include upset stomach, loss of
appetite, altered taste, diarrhea or loose stools, headache, dizziness
or fatigue. If the side effects continue or are bothersome, check with
your doctor. If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your
doctor immediately: rash, itching, vomiting, yellowing of the skin or
eyes, dark urine or pale stools. |

| How is Diflucan taken? |
| Follow the directions for taking Diflucan provided by your doctor.
Diflucan can be taken at any time, even during the menstrual cycle. It
can aslo be taken when using tampons, latex barrier condoms and
diaphragms. One pill of Diflucan has a dosage amount that stays
effective in the vaginal tissue for 3 days. |

| Are there any effects of taking Diflucan with other medications?

| Inform your doctor of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine
that you are taking, especially anticoagulants such as warfarin,
antiviral agents such as zidovudine, astemizole, asthma prescription
drugs, cisapride, cyclosporine, didanosine, hydrochlorothiazide,
prescription drugs for stomach problems such as cimetidine, oral
contraceptives, oral medicine for diabetes, phenytoin , rifabutin,
rifampin, tacrolimus, terfenadine, and vitamins. |

| How should I store Diflucan? |
| Store Diflucan at room temperature in a tightly closed container,
away from heat and light. |
